Protein Shake

Prepare a protein shake with your blendio™ portable blender that will enrich your body with important proteins.
We recommend preparing a protein shake after training!
| 1 portion |

  • 250 ml of milk

    Measure out 250 ml of milk and add to the blender.

  • 1/4 frozen banana

    Cut the banana into smaller pieces before freezing and add it to the blender.

  • 1 scoop of protein powder

    Measure out one scoop of your favorite protein and add to the blender.

  • 1 spoon of maple syrup

    Add one tablespoon of maple syrup. You can also add other sweetener to your taste, e.g. agave syrup or honey.

  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

    Add one teaspoon of cinnamon.

  • 1/4 teaspoon of grounded vanilla

    Add 1/4 teaspoon of grounded vanilla. You can also add fresh vanilla or extract.

  • Done! Turn on the blender for 2 - 3 cycles.

    Blend the mixture well by running the mixer for 2-3 cycles.
