How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We will process your order immediately. The parcel will be delivered to you within 2 to 4 days. You will receive more information about the order via your e-mail.

How do I find out where is my shipment located?

You will first receive an e-mail from us confirming that we have processed your order. The carrier of the express delivery service will inform you about the exact date and time of the delivery. You can also choose the Packeta or DPD Pickup delivery service and have the goods delivered to your chosen pick-up point. We will send you the shipment tracking number via e-mail and you will be able to find out where your shipment is located on the carrier's website. On the day of delivery, the carrier will inform you about your parcel via your chosen phone number.

When you placed your order, you entered a phone number at which we will contact you regarding the status of your order via SMS. Furthermore, your chosen delivery service will contact you on this phone number on the day of delivery. In case the transport service does not reach you on the day or time of delivery at your address, they will send you an SMS message with the exact address where you can pick up the shipment in person. The shipment will always be waiting for you at the nearest delivery point of your delivery address.

Can I change the delivery date or address?

Yes you can. You can change the delivery date and address on your chosen carrier's website.

Returns and Refunds

The goods I received are damaged, what should I do?

If you received a damaged product, go to returns and refunds. Please, follow the instructions on this page.

I received a different product than I ordered, what should I do?

You can return the goods free of charge and we will send you the correct one, according to your original order. Go to Returns and Refunds and follow the instructions on this page.

Can I exchange the product for a different color?

Yes you can. In this case, you need to return the original item first, we will refund you, and then make a new order. Go to Returns and Refunds and follow the instructions on this page.

I am not satisfied with the product I received, what should I do?

If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it within 30 days. In this case, go to Returns and Refunds and follow the instructions in the return - withdrawal from the contract section.

Proper Usage

The blender does not turn on when using it for the first time, what should I do?

If the blender does not work the first time you use it, make sure it is charged and properly sealed. Try to close the blender tightly so that our blendio™ logo is leveled with the dots on the bottom of the blender. It is a safety mechanism to prevent the blender from starting by itself. Don't be afraid to close the blender really tightly.

The blender does not work and the power button (on the bottom) flashes red.

Find out if the power button flashes 3 times or 10 times in a row.

Power button flashes 3 times:

If the power button flashes 3 times in a row, the blender is out of battery. Place the blender on the charging station that is included in the packaging. Make sure the lightning bolt icon starts flashing. Thanks to this, you will know that the blender is charging correctly.

If the power button flashes 10 times in a row, the blender is not closed enough. Try to close the blender tightly so that our blendio™ logo is leveled with the dots on the bottom of the blender. It is a safety mechanism to prevent the blender from starting by itself. Don't be afraid to close the blender really tightly.

How long does the blender take to charge?

If the blender is completely out of battery, it only charges for 1 hour.

How do I know when the blender is fully charged?

You can tell when it is fully charged by the glowing icon in the shape of a lightning bolt, which is located on the top of the charger. If the icon is flashing, the device is not fully charged. If the icon does not flash, only lights up, the device is fully charged.
