Returns and Refunds
To start a return, exchange or refund please contact us at support@blendio.eu
You can request a return directly in your customer account. You can access your account through our store's navigation located at the top of the website.
To submit a return request in your customer account, please follow the steps below:
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a full refund.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
